Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 20, 2024

At Examio Edunext (OPC) Private Limited, we provide consultation and strategic advisory services for educational institutions, coaching centers, and businesses.

Refund & cancellation policies for other services (e.g., Solvey.in or Examio.in) are managed separately under their respective platforms.


Cancellation Policy

Consultation Session Cancellations:

If canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, a full refund or free rescheduling will be provided.

Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session) will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) will not be eligible for a refund.

Custom Consultation Packages:

If a multi-session package is booked, cancellations will be allowed only before the first session. Once the service has started, partial refunds will not be issued.


Refund Policy

Full Refunds Will Be Issued If:
✔ The consultation session was not provided as scheduled due to an issue from our end.
✔ A technical error prevents us from delivering the session, and a reschedule is not possible.

Non-Refundable Cases:

Refunds will not be provided if the service has been completed as per the agreement.

If a client changes their mind after the session is booked, no refund will be issued.

Partial refunds are not available for multi-session packages once the first session is delivered.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@examioedunext.com, and processing takes 7-10 business days.
